The renovated room was comfortable, nice, and warm. The staff was great, especially the helpful guy on reception. The location was perfect, between the leaning tower and the train station, and opposite the airport bus-stop. The hotel was very clean.

Friendly and helpful staff were very good to accommodate my allergies. They even walked me to a nearby restaurant in the morning. The room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom. The continental buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food and drinks. The hotel's location, just a short distance from a famous landmark, added to its appeal. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both families and solo travelers.
